Christmas is a-coming

On such a lovely sunny day, seems the wrong time to talk about Christmas but hey, we have a shop to run, stock to sell and it's only five weeks till the day itself, as the crow flies, so here we go

First, the spirit of Christmas bit, we are now launching our Christmas charity campaign and all funds raised will be shared between Bognor Foodbank, Grandads Front Room CIC, Crisis and Shelter. From this week we will donate 5% of our sales takings to the campaign and customers are invited to match that or make a smaller donation of their choice, no pressure, no obligation, purely voluntary as by buying a record will add to the fund anyways

Second, a reminder that we sell gift vouchers for any amount and they're a great addition to that new turntable you've bought as a present. We will of course include voucher sales in the takings for the 5% even though they won't be redeemed until after Christmas

Finally, nothing to do with Christmas you may be glad to hear, we have a copy of an early press Sticky Fingers with small square zip which we are selling on behalf of someone for £75
