Do you listen to new music?

Do you still look out for/listen to new music and new bands?

If so, what are your sources, where do you find it and if not, when and why did that happen?

For me, I like listening to new music and I'm quite fussy and particular but it helps keep the juices flowing. Recent new artists for me have included Lea Sen, Wu Lu, English Teacher and Dry Cleaning. My main source used to be the kids who introduced me to the likes of Wolf Alice, The 1975, Mac Miller, Daniel Caesar and Frank Ocean and Jools Holland is a long-standing champion for new music. Soundtracks can also be an interesting source but I seem to defy the streaming algorithms so Apple isn't not much help and I rarely listen to the radio now

Old slippers are comfortable but now and again you need a new pair is what I guess I'm saying

We of course only sell second-hand vinyl so you won’t get much new music here but you can try out artists you either haven’t heard of or those which you always promised yourself to when you had more time

We posed this question on our FB page and so far popular sources of new music include Roon and Tidal and BBC 6 Music but it does beg the question as to how new acts are breaking through, are they getting their fair share of exposure in this digital world?
